repair clamp is essentially a pre-rolled band of stainless steel that is lined with rubber inside. To repair a pipe, the repair clamp is simply placed over the area that is leaking and then tightened with the bolts and nuts to compress the interior rubber seal ring，The tensile force applied by the clamp fasteners is converted to a radial pressure on the rubber seal ring,so as to form a seal around the leak.
Double-clip pipeline repair clamp can be usded for flexible pipeline connections of all materials.The combination of pipeline connection and axial displacement compensation makes it of significant added value.It is only in contact with the end of the pipeline,so the sound and vibration are best absorbed,and can be used for rapid repair of large caliber pipelines.
Structure of repair clamp:
1. Shell: Made of stainless steel 304/316
2. Sealing ring:
(1) EPDM material. Applicable temperature: -30 ℃~+130 ℃,
Applicable media: Can be used for water, wastewater, air, solids, chemicals, etc
(2) NBR material: suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to+100 ℃,
Applicable media: can be used for natural gas, oil, fuel, and various hydrocarbons
