Single sphere stainless steel flanged flexible PTFE lined NBR or EPDM rubber expansion joint
PTFE lined rubber expansion joint is mainly used to transport the media which has strong corrosive, such as strong acid and strong alkali etc.
Comparing with common rubber expansion joint, it has a PTFE liner inside of the rubber expansion joint.
common size is range from DN25 to DN3000.
working pressure, it's usually PN6~PN40.
working temperature, it's usually -15 ~ 80℃.(special -30~150℃）
installation length are usually common and standard, also we can customize for you.
flange standard is usually DIN, ANSI, JIS etc.
material of flange is usually stainless steel 304, 316, 321 etc.
material of rubber is usually EPDM, of course, natural rubber, NBR rubber and neoprene rubber are all okay.
